Additionally, those nominating candidates must have worked with the nominee on a real estate transaction. REALTORS® who are nominated are asked to submit information about their community service which was also considered.

Nominations for the Outstanding Newcomer Award are only accepted from a Principal Broker or a Broker-in-Charge. The Awards are presented to REALTOR®-Associatebased on their exceptional service and follow-up to their clients and peers. Winners are licensed no more than two years. In addition, they have demonstrated a commitment to professional development, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and or/the community, and have closed a minimum of three real estate transactions.
