Nominations for the People's Choice Award are accepted from the public at large. The Awards are given to REALTORS® who are known for their exceptional service and follow-up work with clients. Additionally, those nominated candidates must be known for their record of fair dealings with their clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Aloha 'Aina Realtor's Choice Award

Nominations for the REALTOR®'s Choice Award are accepted from REALTOR® and REALTOR®-Associate members of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®. The Awards are given to REALTORS® who are known for their fair dealings with other HBR members. Additionally, those nominating candidates must have worked with the nominee on a real estate transaction. REALTORS® who are nominated are asked to submit information about their community service which was also considered.

Nominations for the Outstanding Newcomer Award are only accepted from a Principal Broker or a Broker-in-Charge. The Awards are presented to REALTOR®-Associatebased on their exceptional service and follow-up to their clients and peers. Winners are licensed no more than two years. In addition, they have demonstrated a commitment to professional development, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and or/the community, and have closed a minimum of three real estate transactions.
